On holiday, parents of course want to spend time with their children, but we know from guest feedback that parents also love to spend some quality time together on their own.

On an Esprit summer holiday, our child care days alternate with family days, so that a happy balance is achieved; family fun days together and days spent separately, with children exploring the mountains with their new-found friends, whilst parents enjoy well-earned time out, to do as they please. It’s a winning formula, which really does give both parents and children the best of both worlds.

Esprit Rangers

Our children’s Alpies Clubs are run by our team of Esprit Rangers, who are experienced in child care, and to whom we give further in-house training to ensure our younger guests have a happy, safe and fun-filled holiday.

Our Rangers accompany all the activities offered through our Alpies Clubs and Teen Rangers programme, in addition to the fully qualified expert guides we use for activities such as rock-climbing or husky-walking. They will also gladly keep you up to date with what your own children have been up to throughout the day!

Nannies and Nursery Assistants

All our Nurseries are run by professionally qualified Nursery Nurses - NNEB, B Tech, NVQ III, CACHE DCE 3 or equivalent trained, all of whom will be native English-speakers. We also run further pre-season training to ensure that our Nursery management conforms to our own high standards, developed over many years’ experience. In most Nurseries, we also have Nursery Assistants to support the Nannies, and all the team share a dedication and enthusiasm for working with young children.

CLASSIC CHILD CARE GUARANTEE

We are confident that our child care services surpass those of any other tour operator, and that you will be more than happy with the way we look after your children. To back this up, we offer our simple and effective Child Care Guarantee: if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our child care, tell us why and what proportion of the cost you consider to be a fair reimbursement. We will then investigate thoroughly for you, and pay back an amount we agree is reasonable and fair within four weeks of receiving your written request. This guarantee covers any situation where there has been any failing on the part of our staff or suppliers, but is not applicable where parents simply change their mind about child care requirements.
