Our UK Team

The specialist nature of Esprit enables us to offer service levels for families that you simply will not find anywhere else. The knowledge and experience of our Reservations Advisory Team is second to none, based on regular visits to our resorts and accommodation to keep up to date with each resort’s specific features and all the little things that matter.

Overseas Managers

We have a team of experienced managers based overseas, who look after all aspects of the organisation of our operation and the maintenance of our high standards in all areas.

In each resort, your Chalet Hotel Manager and Resort Representative will help to organise any of the Fun Family Activities, that are available (see examples opposite). Naturally they are there to ensure everything runs smoothly for you and are always on hand to answer any queries you may have.

Chalet Hotel Teams

Our Chalet Hotel Manager, reception staff, restaurant and house-keeping team and chefs all aim to ensure that your stay with us is comfortable, welcoming and thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. They are justifiably proud of their record in achieving this goal – see page 3 for last summer’s guests’ ratings – and look forward to making you and your family feel right at home with us!

Esprit Rangers

Our children’s Alpies Clubs are run by our team of Esprit Rangers, who are experienced in child care, and to whom we give further in-house training to ensure our younger guests have a happy, safe and fun-filled holiday.

Our Rangers accompany all the activities offered through our Alpies Clubs and Teen Rangers programme, in addition to the fully qualified expert guides we use for Alpies activities such as rockclimbing or archery.They will also gladly keep you up to date with what your own children have been up to throughout the day!

Nannies and Nursery Assistants

All our Nurseries are run by professionally qualified Nursery Nurses - NNEB, B Tech, NVQ III, CACHE DCE 3 or equivalent trained, all of whom will be native English-speakers. We also run further pre-season training to ensure that our Nursery management conforms to our own high standards, developed over many years’ experience.

In most Nurseries, we also have Nursery Assistants to support the Nannies, and all the team share a dedication and enthusiasm for working with young children.
